14479688_10101016064999499_4749770643528590570_nI’m a writer and essayist based in Durango, Colorado. Currently, however, I’m in England pursuing a Masters of Biography and Creative Nonfiction at the University of East Anglia. I cover a wide range of topics including outdoor adventure, nature, travel, and history. You can view some of my work here.

I’m also writing a nonfiction novel about walking 1,800 miles across New Zealand with my father. The five month journey across New Zealand’s remarkable landscape tested our physical and emotional limits. Over the course of the hike, I produced weekly articles, a 16-part video series, bi-weekly newsletters, and a social media campaign. Check out the project, New Zealand On Foot.

If that wasn’t enough, you can also find me organizing events and marketing campaigns for the outdoor industry. I’ve developed from concept to creation multi-day events such as Colorado Trail Days 2016, the DGO Climbing Fest, and the Women Outside Adventure Forum by Backcountry Experience.

Browse around and be sure to check out my reel, where you can watch videos from New Zealand and around Colorado. If you want to get in touch, shoot me an email or send an old fashioned letter to P.O. Box 52, Hesperus, CO 81326.
